A dog owner explains after getting a fine for allowing the dog to ride on the top of the van that the dog insisted to ride on, he hadn’t forced the animal.

It’s reported that the 38 year old, Su Chen, has been fined almost $750, for animal cruelty, after he got caught driving the van with the animal on top of it.
But he is now refusing to pay by saying he hadn’t forced the animal to do so, and the dog usually does this whenever he drives the van.
He said in a talk “I didn’t tell it to get on the roof, it is always up there when it knows I am driving anywhere and refuses to get down”.
