A dog saved her owner’s life by jumping and pouncing on her chest after she began choking due to a chocolate on New Year Eve.

Actually, the German Shepherd retriever cross jumped on her sofa and pounced on her chest, which had a similar effect to a person doing the Heimlich maneuver and dislodged the offending treat.
In a talk with the dog owner, Lesley Hailwood, from Liverpool, working in a IT company, said that there is no doubt that her dog, Nell, who is 17 months old, saved her life.

She added “She knew I was in trouble and knew exactly how to wind me”.
