Donald Trump adjusts call for Hillary Clinton bodyguards to drop their guns
Perhaps the most surprising finding in the polling, and perhaps a reason to be suspicious about the result, is where Donald Trump made up most of the ground during his huge polling surge. As the Republican nominee, so does Trump; he received it in November 2015.

The strategy is created to address Clinton’s biggest political liability: A majority of voters don’t trust her.
“Hillary Clinton and her campaign of 2008 started the birther controversy. I finished it”, Trump declared Friday in a brief statement at the end of a televised campaign appearance in which he touted his new hotel and his endorsements from military veterans.
The first presidential debate is a week from Monday, and Donald Trump has made time on his Sunday schedule for prep sessions with senior advisers.
While this is not for the first time that Mr. Trump has said this, but it is for the first time he said that such a move would be risky for Ms. Clinton.
“Well, during his time in office, I think Barack has answered those questions with the example he set by going high when they go low”.
Clinton went on to say Trump traffics in conspiracy theories and should not be president.
Clinton’s past, though, was a brake on even scant support for her. Participants were given a list of 24 quotes or actions by Clinton and asked what bothered them most.
“Trump has been defined”, said Celinda Lake, a Democratic pollster.
“Those who get in her way, she’s going to cut the liver out, sever the heart, with no regard”, he said.
The voters were well aware, though, they were choosing the next commander-in-chief, which worked against Johnson and to some extent Trump. Among likely women voters, 62 percent held that view. Obama’s campaign spent the summer pummeling the Republican challenger with negative ads painting him as a cold-hearted businessman with little regard for middle-class Americans. A win in Vermont for Trump though would not be out of the picture.
Of course, no matter how low an opinion undecided voters have of Clinton that doesn’t mean they like the alternative any better.
But Mr Trump also falsely accused Hillary Clinton’s team of starting the so-called “birther” campaign in 2008.
Taken together, Rendell said, the conditions are right for Clinton to amass a margin in Philadelphia and the suburbs that’s too big for Trump to top elsewhere. Trump said in a CNN interview.
Whit Ayers, a Republican pollster who worked for Florida Sen.
Both candidates have been protected by the Secret Service for months, but Trump’s latest take on Clinton’s security detail brought swift denunciations, particularly from Clinton allies.
If some voters are willing to be persuaded, there’s no certainty Trump can stay on the more measured, policy-focused path his aides have devised.
The Secret Service declined to comment on the Republican nominee’s remark.

Robby Mook, Clinton’s campaign manager said the comment amounted to “inciting people to violence”.
