Donald Trump Fundraiser in Lawrenceville Draws Protesters
His remarks came hours after Clinton, in a sit-down interview with CNN, said Trump was “unqualified” for the job of president. “But New Jersey voters give Christie abysmal job-approval numbers”.

Trump also appeared at a private fundraiser Thursday for the state Republican Party that cost $25,000 per person to attend.
Trump appeared at a fundraiser on Thursday to pay off Christie’s debt from his aborted presidential campaign. “He looked like Perry Mason that evening”, Trump recalled.
It gets worse. According to the poll, 72 percent are also not in favor of a Christie-Donald Trump duo running the country. Two former Christie allies have pleaded not guilty to federal wire fraud and civil rights charges. Christie denies involvement and has not been charged.
New Jersey voters don’t want to see Gov. Chris Christie (R) on Donald Trump’s presidential ballot.
Many Trump supporters in attendance expressed concern for the safety of the country, especially as it related to terrorist organisations, and cited that reason as to why the billionaire businessman would have their vote in the general election.
Donald Trump addresses a crowd in Lawrenceville, New Jersey during a to erase Chris Christie’s campaign debt. “Neither is Chris! You’re not eating Oreos again!”
And it was a sort of homecoming for Trump as well, who made his name operating casinos in Atlantic City and still “employs so many people in New Jersey, [he] hate [s] to even think about it”. The New Jersey Citizen Action group is organizing a rally across from the armory. There’s a half-million dollars owed to those Bridgegate attorneys.
About 1,000 people turned out for the $200-per-head Christie gathering.
Christie told the crowd that after quitting his White House bid he debated whether to endorse any GOP candidate, ultimately deciding to back Trump due to their 14-year relationship.
In recent comments Christie has highlighted his friendship with Trump, which goes back more than a decade, and insisted support doesn’t stem from political expediency. “He was our foray into politics”, said Colin Cattell. “This is a guy I’ve known and been friends with for 14 years”. He has become a close adviser to the presumptive nominee and was recently tapped by Trump to lead his transition team effort.

There is really only one thing to say here, and it’s that Trump’s freakish obsession with other people’s weight is the closest we will ever get to an admission that he truly hates himself.
