Donald Trump gets cut off on ‘Morning Joe’
“I’m not blind to the emotions that you’re tapping into, but I also think there’s a number of Americans you’re really scaring right now, including me”. And the one that aren’t on my side are down to about zero in the polls and they’re not going to go anywhere, ‘ Trump concluded.

Upon the conclusion of the interview, panelist Nicolle Wallace said that during the interview she wrote, “I said he [Trump] “survives after this” and I think his ‘support grows, ‘ and at one point, I will admit that I wrote this, ‘I want to eat glass'”.
“You can’t just talk”.
As Trump veered slightly off topic, the MSNBC hosts tried to stop him: “You’ve got to let us ask questions”, Joe Scarborough finally cut in. “You can’t just talk”. In fact, he stayed on for another 10 minutes, taking – and more or less actually answering – questions from Scarborough and his panel, which included The Washington Post’s Eugene Robinson. “Joe, I’m not just talking”. “Joe, I’m not just talking. I’m giving you the facts”, Trump shot back.
“Donald, Donald, Donald, Donald, Donald, you’re not going to keep talking”.
Scarborough then quickly said, “Go to break, everybody”.

In response to a question from Brzezinski about how Muslims around the world could help fight the war on terror, Trump ranted for a while about Paris, Muslims, and “getting our hands around a very hard situation” before Scarborough cut in. He then went on to claim that there are “radicalized” neighborhoods in Paris and London where local law enforcement are “too petrified” to go. “All I am doing is giving you the facts, and you do not want to hear the facts”. Go to break. Go to break. “Alright, go to break everyone”, Scarborough told his producers. He called into “Morning Joe”, ABC’s “Good Morning America” and CNN’s “New Day” on Tuesday morning where he defended his call to bar all Muslims, except USA citizens living overseas, from entering the US amid stoked terrorism fears. They returned a moment later, where Trump continued insisting for another half hour that his plan isn’t unconstitutional or illegal (it is both).
