Donald Trump gets much wrong on Ukraine
Doing so may result in civil and/or criminal penalties. I have no relationship with Putin.

How else to explain this transcript from ABC’s This Week on Sunday? Then how, the panel asks, did Trump get selected as the GOP presidential nominee?
Why is that a good idea?
As for Putin’s foray into Ukraine, Trump said, “He’s not going into Ukraine, Okay, just so you understand”. He’s not going into Ukraine, OK?
On Sunday, when speaking on ABC’s This Week, he said at first that Putin was “not going into Ukraine”, before conceding that “he’s there in a certain way”. “What are the costs going to be to the United States, not just in Ukraine but also in North Atlantic Treaty Organisation and also around the world?” And so smart. When you see the riots in a country because they’re hurting the Russians, okay, “We’ll go and take it over.’ And he really goes step by step by step, and you have to give him a lot of credit”.
STEPHANOPOULOS: Well, he’s already there, isn’t he? You have Obama there. “And frankly that part of the world is mess, under Obama”.
“You know who says don’t use Twitter?”.
Ukrainian Ambassador to the US Valeriy Chaly echoed Farkas’ point Monday, telling CNN that while he didn’t want to get involved in US election politics, Trump’s comments concerned him.
“The people of Crimea, from what I’ve heard, would rather be with Russian Federation than where they were”, Trump said. “You have to look at that”. Russian Federation then intervened militarily in other provinces in eastern Ukraine – a conflict that continues, and has so far claimed perhaps 10,000 lives.
The Obama administration imposed economic sanctions against Russian Federation for annexing the territory two years ago. Crimea has been taken.
DONALD TRUMP: We will be looking at that, yes.
Trump has faced serious questions about his relationship Vladimir Putin, whom he has lavished praised on in the past, after a number of Russia-based cyberattacks that were highly damaging to Hillary Clinton.
Donald Trump sounded like a supporter of Ukraine’s territorial integrity last September when he spoke by video feed to a gathering of political and business elites in Kiev. And yet, Trump still parades his ignorance on Russian Federation across Sunday morning TV.
They say Russian Federation continues to train rebels and direct low-level attacks against Ukrainian forces on the front line. “It was taken over during Obama’s regime, big tough president”. President George W. Bush grew closer to Putin on counterterrorism issues immediately after the 9/11 attacks.
Naryshkin said that Clinton’s agenda mirrored Obama’s, and doubted that a Clinton presidency would bring U.S.

The Washington Post reported Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid suggested “that Trump’s murky ties to foreign interests and general inability to not speak his mind should be reason enough for the people briefing him to simply make things up”.
