Donald Trump Goes ‘All-In.’ How Will Clinton Respond?

“I want to see more”.

“Even if that means Hillary Clinton wins, so long as I don’t vote for her, so be it”, Folk said.

“I love that. I love that, you know?” In other words, Trump behind closed doors is apparently a lot like Trump in public. What difference does it make.

Trump’s elder daughter, Ivanka, also sought to reach out to Democrats and moderates, extolling him as a champion of women in the workplace, and a leader who would “take on the bold and worthy fights, who will be unafraid to set lofty goals and relentless in his determination to achieve them”.

Mike Pence of IN and Pence’s wife Karen after Trump’s address to delegates during the final day session of the Republican National Convention IN Cleveland, Thursday, July 21, 2016.

But the freshly minted GOP nominee then lambasted the Texas senator for not honoring his pre-convention pledge to support the ultimate nominee. So Ted Cruz took his speech that was done.

Walker also provided a more detailed defense of Trump than he gave in his convention speech Wednesday night. Melania Trump wrecked the first night with a speech that affirmed the rhetorical genius of first lady Michelle Obama. “They said, ‘It’s a boring speech, Mr. Trump, nothing good, nothing bad, he congratulates you on the victory and here’s the speech, ‘” Trump explained. “They came to me. It wasn’t that easy”, he said.

“So they released this picture, which was, you know, to the people of the state of Utah”. “Every day I wake up determined to deliver a better life for the people all across this nation that have been neglected, ignored, and abandoned”.

The world portrayed by Trump as he accepted the presidential nomination was a sunless place, wracked by economic decay and under siege by foreigners who want to kill us.

“The grassroots teams understand why we need to unite”, said Sue Lynch, an alternate delegate from the 3rd congressional district and a past president of the National Federation of Republican Women. “I have to tell you, I think Heidi Cruz is a great person”.

“I am going to be working so hard”, he said. The 41st Republican National Convention confirmed that Trump was right in his cynical assessment. “She was fine. She said people were yelling” at her, but that “it was silly”, Cruz adviser Jeff Roe said Thursday afternoon at an event in Cleveland hosted by Politico. I think he’s a lovely guy… All I did was point out the fact that on the cover of the National Enquirer, there was a picture of him and insane Lee Harvey Oswald having breakfast. “Now Ted never denied that it was his father”.

Trump first suggested that Cruz’s father was involved in the assassination of Kennedy the morning of the in primary, citing the tabloid story.

The only rays of light in this bleak dystopia are the police who stand ready to beat back these unsafe hordes, and of course, Trump himself, who alone has the power, through steely will and the awesome depths of his love for the once-great American people, to replace the crumbling mortar of our civic virtue and re-lay the cornerstones of our lost prosperity … to provide care for the sick and good jobs to the jobless … to slow the rise of the oceans and begin to heal our planet … to end a war and secure our nation and restore our image as the last, best hope on Earth … oh, wait, sorry, somewhere in there I seem to have mixed up my presidential candidates.
