While appearing on “The Dr. Oz Show,” Trump also released a summary from his personal physician of a recent physical. But a release from the show said “Dr. Oz took Mr. Trump though a full review of his systems”, including his nervous system, cardiovascular health, prostate health and family medical history.

Bornstein said Trump has been hospitalized only once in life, when he underwent an appendectomy when he was 11 years old.
