Donald Trump is making his presidential campaign strategy clear: ‘I’ll whine

The Republican presidential debate Thursday night in Cleveland was the most-watched primary debate in history and the highest-rated non-sports cable telecast of all time in total viewers, according to data from Nielsen Media Research. Trump told CNN’s Don Lemon that her questions were “ridiculous” and “off-base”.

Political experts and observers have stressed that an independent Trump candidacy could spell disaster for Republicans because such a move would likely split the GOP vote and hand an election victory to likely Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.
