The campaign had said earlier in the week he had gone for testing but she did not say if their about-face had anything to do with negative results coming back.

Donald Trump shared the results of a recent physical examination in an appearance on “The Dr. Oz Show” that was taped on Wednesday after his campaign indicated that the Republican presidential nominee would not be revealing any medical information to the audience.

“It’s tough, because of the way I live”, he said.

Trump also claimed he’s good enough to play with the PGA, according to audience member Kelly Platt. Dr. Oz, a cardiothoracic surgeon by training, developed a loyal following after appearing on The Oprah Winfrey Show through the years.

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump speaks during a town hall, Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2016, in Virginia Beach, Va. In the letter, Trump’s doctor wrote that the presidential candidate has high cholesterol and takes medication in order to lower it.

Additionally, Trump’s testosterone level was included in the letter: 441.6, “which is actually – is good”, Oz said during the show.

A new letter from Clinton’s doctor stated that a chest scan revealed she had “mild, non-contagious bacterial pneumonia”. At the time, Bornstein said that Trump had “suffered no form of cancer, has never had a hip, knee or shoulder replacement or any other orthopedic surgery” and added Trump has “no history of ever using alcohol or tobacco products”.

“We have to help them through the Medicaid system”, Mr. Trump told Mehmet Oz, MD, the host of the television show.

Trump gave Oz the results of his latest physical on the show and then released a letter about them Thursday. Some black leaders have also suggested that Trump’s outreach to minorities is mostly about proving to undecided white voters that he’s not racist. Clinton this week took several days off the campaign trail to recuperate from a bout with pneumonia, after she almost collapsed on Sunday at a memorial ceremony for the September 11, 2001, attacks.

Trump has repeatedly called out Clinton’s “stamina” in recent months, alluding to long-held questions in conservative media circles about Clinton’s health. “We’re not going to be talking about Secretary Clinton, for sure, and I don’t want to talk about things that are outside of the health purview”.
