Donald Trump just released his first attack ad
“If you think we need more Republicans in Washington to cut a deal with Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer, then Donald Trump is your guy; that’s what the Washington establishment is saying”. Ted Cruz pitched a consistent message.

Cruz has responded with an ad slamming Trump on eminent domain, using Trump’s own remarks that he considers it “wonderful”.
The 60-second ad released Friday, titled “Clear Difference”, paints Cruz as flipping his position on immigration, accusing the Texas senator of being “pro amnesty”. The ad, unveiled this morning, takes direct aim at Mr. Cruz on immigration, an issue each candidate has made a top priority in the campaign.
“Ted Cruz is a total hypocrite and, until recently, a Canadian citizen who may not even have a legal right to run for president”, Trump said in a statement accompanying the video. “He didn’t disclose loans, pretending he’s Robin Hood, when he’s just another all talk, no action politician”.
In the interview, FOX News host Bret Baier pressed Cruz on his support of an amendment to the 2013 comprehensive immigration reform bill that would have eliminated a path to citizenship but allowed some undocumented immigrants to stay in the country legally.
The new attack ad was only the latest salvo in an increasingly hostile back-and-forth between Trump and Cruz as the February 1 Iowa caucus approaches.
In New Hampshire and South Carolina, Trump is dominating the rest of the field.

According to Trump’s campaign, he will spend a combined $2 million per week in those three states pushing the spot.
