Donald Trump might be packing heat.

Donald Trump waded into the national conversation about gun control at Wednesday evening’s CNBC Republican debate.
Trump says he carries a gun on occasion.
Moderator Carl Quintanilla reminded Trump he said after the mass shooting in Oregon the school would have been safer had teachers or someone else had guns.
“Would you feel better if your employees brought them to work?” The response came with a slight pause.
“Gun-free zones are target practice for the sickos and the mentally ill”, he said, touting NRA-favored argument that “a good person with a gun can stop a bad person with a gun”.
He pointed to the shooting that took place at a Chattanooga, Tennessee military recruiting center, a gun-free zone, that left six people dead, including five serviceman, dead over the summer. I think gun-free zones are a catastrophe. Told that a few Trump resorts and properties don’t allow guns, Trump says he’d consider a new policy.

“I trust people too much”, replied Mr Trump.
