Donald Trump outlines his presidential agenda

You might remember that, a few weeks back, Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) was riding high in the Iowa Republican presidential polls when national frontrunner Donald Trump began to press the attack on Cruz’s eligibility to run for president based on his foreign birthplace.

Donald Trump continues to hit Ted Cruz on his Canadian birthplace.

At one point, Trump shared a prayer book with a woman seated to his right.

Both use Trump’s own words against him, to build up Cruz and take down Trump on past positions.

One Cruz ad accused Trump of colluding with “Atlantic City insiders to bulldoze the home of an elderly widow for a limousine parking lot at his casino”.

“As you noticed, a number of very top constitutional lawyers have come and said – he was born in Canada”.

“I think I’ll get along great with a lot of people”, Trump told a crowd of 1,500 at a Christian college in northwest Iowa.

The pastor urged the congregation to embrace Syrian refugees and Mexican migrants, and another speaker urged humility, The Washington Post reported.

Whilst displaying the banner, Sikh man tried to interrupt Trump’s speech.

“Can you imagine eye telling hand, “Get lost, I don’t need you” or hearing the head telling the foot, ‘You’re fired, your job has been phased out?'” the reader said in a reference to Trump’s signature phrase when he was the star of “The Apprentice”.

Perry will reportedly join Cruz on the campaign trail in Iowa on Tuesday.

“I was the best thing that happened to Bernie”, Trump said of Sanders, whom Trump said he would love to face in the general election. “I’m not sure I’m happy about it. But we’ve been complimented by so many people, and we’ve been contacted by the establishment types”.
