Trump, the Republican presidential nominee, has been highly critical of Mexico, saying the country sends rapists and drug dealers to the United States.

Trump laid out a harsh, sweeping nationalist plan to dramatically slash illegal immigration, a main plank of his presidential campaign.
“You can’t just smuggle in, hunker down and wait to be legalised”.
Giuliani acknowledged that the subject nonetheless was brought up by Pena Nieto.
Hours later, however, Pena Nieto said on Twitter he did raise the issue of the cost of the wall.
Trump was speaking in Phoenix, the billionaire candidates was present to his immigration plan which consist of expatriate immigrants with criminal records and cancelling President Barack Obama’s executive orders protecting millions of undocumented immigrants. “But our greatest compassion must be for our American citizens”.
Her campaign later confirmed her decision.
Trump’s tense global trip to Mexico on Wednesday saw him navigate a political tightrope just 69 days before the election.
“At the start of the conversation with Donald Trump I made it clear that Mexico will not pay for the wall”, Pena Nieto wrote after Trump left Mexico City for Phoenix.
After the two met in Mexico last Wednesday, Trump told reporters they did not discuss his demand that Mexico pay the cost for construction of a wall on the border between the two countries.
Donald Trump has responded to being called out by Mexico’s president for lying about who will pay for his wall by throwing a fit and scheduling another immigration speech for next week in North Carolina. Clinton campaign chair John Podesta said in a statement, “This is embarrassing to Donald Trump and offensive to people who are impacted by and care about the very serious issue of immigration”.

Several of Trump’s major Latino supporters said they were considering dropping their backing following his speech, Politico reported.
