Donald Trump Releases One-Page Medical Summary During ‘Dr. Oz Show’
Donald Trump on Thursday released a letter from his doctor that deemed him to be “in excellent physical health”, a day after he shared the results of a recent physical exam during a taping of “The Dr. Oz Show”.

Donald Trump is “healthy enough to be president”, according to Dr. Mehmet Oz, whose only apparent issue with the Republican nominee was that he could afford to lose a few pounds (and in our unprofessional medical opinion, find a new form of exercise).
A statement from the show said Dr Oz took Mr Trump “through a full review”, looking at his nervous system, cardiovascular health, prostate health and family medical history.
“I would say just based on my life, I actually – I don’t know if this makes sense – I feel as good today as I did when I was 30”.
The physical was conducted by Dr. Harold N. Bornstein, the same doctor who previously said Trump would if elected be the healthiest president in history.
But since she stumbled leaving a 9/11 commemoration ceremony on Sunday morning, Trump has been careful not to question Clinton’s health directly.
Both Trump and his Democrat rival Hillary Clinton have been under pressure to share more medical information since Clinton fell ill during a 9/11 ceremony in NY on Sunday and was forced to leave.
Her doctor later said she was diagnosed with pneumonia last week. But it did say that Trump, who stands around 6’2, weighs 267 pounds or 236 pounds, depending on the source.
The appearance with Oz came hours before Trump was to visit Flint, Michigan to condemn the government failure which led to that city’s water crisis.
But Trump’s well-timed appearance on “The Dr. Oz Show”, beloved by local stations for its “tremendous multiplatform sales and marketing opportunities”, blew the Clinton campaign’s continuing mop-up job out of the water with the kind of sheer spectacle Trump builds professionally. It was unclear when those results will be available after the change in approach with Dr. Oz.
In the letter released Thursday, which is dated September 13, Bornstein states that Trump, 70, has been under his care since 1980, and sits for an annual physical exam.
This will Trump to talk to people that would not see him often and talking about his medical health will offer a sharp contrast to Hillary’s health. He then handed the television host two pages of paper.
Trump, who famously bragged during a Republican primary debate about his penis size while denying that he has tiny hands, responded with an aw-shucks grin and a “can-you-believe-it?” head shake.
His blood pressure and cholesterol are within normal levels, as is his testosterone level.
Prior to the taping, there had been speculation about whether or not Trump would share his medical history with Oz. “It would be good”, Trump said in one of the clips that was released early.
“But I won’t get involved in politics”, Trump said cutely.

“I think it’s fine”, Trump responded, but added, “I want her to get well, so that’s fine”.
