Donald Trump Says, Yes, Saddam Hussein Was a Bad Guy, “But”…
According to CNN Politics, Trump praised former Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein, claiming that he was efficient in killing terrorists, despite the fact that during his regime, the country was considered a state sponsor of terrorism. Trump frequently argues that the Middle East would have been better off if the USA never invaded Iraq in 2003 and ousted Hussein, though he was quoted saying in 2002 that he supported the war. The one who was executed for war crimes against his own people.

During a campaign stop in December, Trump justified Hussein’s use of poison gas against Iraq’s Kurds while lauding the dictator’s handling of terrorists.

“Trump’s cavalier compliments for brutal dictators … again demonstrate how unsafe he would be as commander-in-chief”, Sullivan said.
