Donald Trump Set to Host NBC’s ‘SNL’

Fox News host Shepard Smith ridiculed NBC for inviting Donald Trump to host “Saturday Night Live” just months after the network cut ties with the reality TV star. The outspoken real estate developer previously hosted the sketch comedy show on April 3, 2004. The media mogul tweeted that was looking forward to his upcoming appearance.

Trump’s monologue is full of brags about himself, his money, his television show and his love life.

“Saturday Night Live” has a long history of having politicians as hosts, according to a fan website.

We’ll probably have more to say about The Donald and his “SNL” hosting gig in a few time, but for now we don’t want to drift away too much from this weekend’s show with Tracy Morgan!

Trump, the front-runner for the Republican nomination, will host the show with musical guest Sia on November 7.

Trump’s political opponent, Democrat Hillary Clinton, played a chatty bartender in a separate sketch during the show’s season premiere. He first took on hosting duties in 2004, when the first season of The Apprentice had begun airing on NBC.

“Donald Trump? Isn’t he the one that’s like ‘Ugh, you’re all losers, ‘” Clinton said while playing Val. His recent appearance on a “Meet the Press” segment also helped the struggling news program attract almost four million viewers.

I bet the ratings will be yuuuuuuge. Clinton went on to imitate Trump and even poked fun at herself.
