Donald Trump shares bizarre image of a balding Ted Cruz

“My son, a combat veteran … was fighting for you all, America, in the war zone”. He said he had only come to see Trump because his teenage daughter had asked him to take her. He said he liked Palin and was not angry at her for choosing Trump over Cruz, but said her choice was not going to sway him. “Cruz on for weeks… and we’ll keep trying”, O’Reilly said.

The 92-year-old former lawmaker is only the latest establishment Republican to express concern about Cruz’s growing strength in the Republican primary polls, after Iowa Governor Terry Branstad on Tuesday said he hoped that Cruz was defeated.

It is hard to see a path to the nomination for Cruz without undermining Trump. “Sarah Palin is a character because she is a politician…but Track is a real person”.

“That’s what the Republican establishment is saying”, Cruz told reporters after a New Hampshire campaign stop. He also called Cruz an “extremist”, rather than a Republican. “It’s a shame that our military personnel even have to question, have to wonder if they’re respected anymore”, the former Vice Presidential candidate said.

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said Thursday there’s nothing wrong with a little deal-making to get things done.

The Republicans spoke out the day after Bob Dole, the well-respected former senator from Kansas and 1996 Republican presidential nominee, said it would be cataclysmic if Cruz were nominated. He charged that Cruz’s campaign is rapidly losing support as his credentials as a negotiator come under fire.

Palin previously ran for vice president in 2008 in tandem with presidential candidate John McCain, who lost to Barack Obama at the time.

At the awards ceremony, held in conjunction with a gun show, Trump reiterated his support for the Second Amendment – a topic that has been a constant refrain at his rallies and often draws loud applause. And then we’re looking at Trump-Cruz.

I was moderately surprised that Palin made an endorsement at all, but not surprised that she endorsed Trump. “Well the American people understood that’s not what we needed”. “Those are good men, they’re all decent men, but when you don’t stand and draw a clear distinction, when you don’t stand for principle, Democrats celebrate”.
