Shirley Teter, who has chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and carries an oxygen tank, joined hundreds of protesters at the U.S. Cellular Center.

In a video taken at the rally a man can be seen getting physical with protestors in a balcony while Trump is giving his speech.

Campbell was still at large Tuesday, Hallingse said.

Teter said she was assaulted after yelling “You better learn to speak Russian!” at Trump supporters, a reference to the Republican candidate’s ongoing praise of Vladimir Putin.

Trump has also been accused of stoking violence at his rallies, telling supporters during a February rally that he’d “like to punch him (a protester) in the face”.

“Every American is entitled to be treated with dignity and respect in our country”, Trump said Monday night as he slammed Clinton for her comments.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Richard L. Campbell of Edisto Island, S.C.: “Police told the Citizen-Times they did not make an immediate arrest because they had not witnessed the incident”. “Officers responded to that incident, along with EMS, and took statements from the victim and witnesses”.

The man accosted a group of protesters who began shouting in the middle of Trump’s rally and exchanged words with one man before grabbing him by the neck while brandishing his closed fist.
