Fresh off his successes on the campaign trail, the bloviating billionaire and GOP frontrunner will host “Saturday Night Live” on November. 7, network officials said Tuesday.

Trumps leads Republican candidates in national polls.

In August, NBC Entertainment chairman Robert Greenblatt told reporters that while Trump would “absolutely not” return as host of Celebrity Apprentice, he wasn’t barred from appearing on the network.

Since June, the 69-year-old New Yorker has also appeared as a guest on NBC’s “Today” show, “Meet the Press”, and “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon”. Trump’s rival on the Democratic side of the presidential race, Hillary Clinton, made a cameo during the premiere. It’s the second time he has hosted the venerable comedy institution; he was on the show in April 2004.

Last month he was uncharacteristically coy when CNN’s Alisyn Camerota asked him, “Has “SNL” asked you to go on this season?”

He answered cryptically: “I’m not allowed to say that”.

Trump is now played on the show by the comedian and actor Taran Killam. And if you think John McCain’s 2002 SNL appearance was real acting, oh, just you wait. “Look forward to it”, Trump tweeted.
