The property was bought by Trump in 2014 and is the second Scottish golf resort he has launched following the opening of Trump International Golf Links, Scotland, in Aberdeenshire in 2012.

Cameron has previously said that while British prime ministers do traditionally meet with USA presidential nominees if they visit the United Kingdom, he had no confirmed plans to meet with Trump. There are no firm dates set up at the moment. “Your position?” According to the magazine Mr Trump replied: “Huh?”
At the time, however, Trump still seemed an outsider in the race for the Republican nomination.
Sarah Wollaston, the Tory MP and chairman of the Commons health committee, said: “Britain needs a Donald Trump visit like it needs a bucket of cold sick”.
President Barack Obama has urged the U.K.to stay in the European Union, writing an op-ed in the British newspaper “The Telegraph” about the vote.
Mr Cameron continued moves to build bridges with Mr Trump at last week’s G7 summit where he insisted the special relationship would continue regardless of who held the most senior offices.
Trump said: “Very exciting that one of the great resorts of the world, Turnberry, will be opening today after a massive £200million investment”.
The golf course has itself pitted Trump against British politicians after Scotland’s devolved government approved plans for an offshore wind farm nearby which led Trump to denounce Scottish ministers as ” foolish, small minded and parochial”.
And here’s how people are reacting to the latest news on Trump…
A spokeswoman for the Trump Organisation said the date of the opening had been planned long in advance and that it was just a coincidence it came the day after the European Union vote.
Cameron has congratulated the NY tycoon on what he said was the “extraordinary marathon” that led to him securing the delegates for the Republican presidential nomination.
Cameron then hit out at the presidential hopeful calling him stupid and saying his plans were ‘divisive’. He told the Hollywood Reporter in an interview published Wednesday, “Oh yeah, I think they should leave”.

A spokeswoman for Trump’s campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment, although Trump reacted to Clinton’s criticism last week, saying: “What am I going to do?”
