Donald Trump tries to walk claim Obama founded ISIS: ‘Sarcasm’
In the wake of the ISIS remark, Trump appeared on a radio show with Hugh Hewitt to discuss the controversy.

“He was the founder of ISIS, absolutely”, Trump said of Obama during an interview Thursday with CNBC. More importantly, while he took credit for the USA withdrawal from Iraq when running for re-election in 2012, the agreement to withdraw was struck in 2008 under President George W. Bush. That was a disgusting mistake.
A year before that, Trump told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer that the US should “declare victory and leave” the Middle East. We’ve been paying the price of it for years.
After Trump doubled down on his claim on Thursday in multiple interviews, Clinton clearly had enough of what she called a “smear against President Obama” and responded with a series of tweets.
He then repeated the idea that Obama founded the Islamic State, and said the co-founder was Hillary Clinton. “Again, I think Mr. Trump will answer this question better than anybody else, and I think it should be left for him to answer”.
“I like to reduce debt too, as much as anybody”, he said, but added that the military has been depleted and America’s infrastructure is in disgusting condition.
Trump seemed confused at the silent response by the anchors on The Squawk. “Is there something wrong with saying that? Why?”
“No, Barack Obama is not the founder of ISIS”, Clinton tweeted, using another name for the terrorist group.
However, Trump objected to that interpretation, saying, “No, I meant he’s the founder of ISIS”. “All I do is tell the truth”. “Therefore, he was the founder of ISIS”, Trump declared. His answer: “First, I’d get out of Iraq right now”.
DT: If he would have done things properly, you wouldn’t have had ISIS. “Everybody in the country knows exactly what Donald Trump means”.
“Trump should have simply said that the Obama administration’s decision to pull all troops out of Iraq, with no stay-behind agreement, created a vacuum and allowed ISIS (DAESH) to metastasize”.
Trump, however, kept to his statement. “Therefore, he was the founder of ISIS”. “He is the most valuable player”. In fact, he gets in sports they have awards he gets the most valuable player award.
Trump has previously criticized Clinton for supporting the Iraq War in 2003 while she was a USA senator. I was against the war in Iraq even though I was a civilian and no one cared. He was the founder. But while he’s the “caliph”, or leader, of ISIS, Abu Musab al-Zarqawi is the bloodthirsty zealot who’s generally regarded as the group’s founder.

“ISIS is honoring President Obama”, Trump boasted. Most people call it ISIS; he calls it ISIL.
