Cruz said before a Saturday town hall in Sioux City, Iowa, that he remained hopeful front-runner Donald Trump would accept his invitation for a one-on-one debate.

In fact, Falwell’s endorsement of Trump goes in exactly the right direction, as opposed to Michelle Higgins using the platform of InterVarsity’s Urbana conference to endorse Black Lives Matter as “a movement on mission in the truth of God” (is that like saying “doing God’s will”?).

The tragedy of billionaire Donald Trump’s popularity in the Republican presidential nominating contest has many concerned citizens asking: How can this be happening?

Rick Santorum, who took part in the undercard debate, also took the liberty of criticizing the network for downplaying coverage of his campaign, being too obsessed with Trump and ignoring substantive issues.
