Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba has arrived in Manchester to undergo a medical ahead of completing a world-record transfer to Old Trafford ahead of the new Premier League campaign.

United confirmed Pogba had signed a five-year contract but did not specify the transfer fee.
United have paid for allowing Pogba to leave for Juventus in 2012, but Ferdinand is confident the 23-year-old can make up for lost time.
“I am delighted to rejoin United”, Pogba said in a statement released by United’s official website.
“It’s just like… as I told you… it looks like I went for a holiday and I came back home”.
“I want to win titles, I want to achieve things and that’s all – that’s why I came here, just to do this, to become one of the best and to win titles because I know this club has to win titles”.
“He wants to be the best in the world, he wants to learn off the coaches and the senior players”.
And at 23, Pogba has so many top quality years ahead of him which Robson also touched on.
Pogba returns as one of the brightest young talents in the game after winning four successive Serie A titles, and for a fee that eclipses the 101 million euros that Real Madrid spent to sign Gareth Bale from Tottenham in 2013.
‘I spoke with a lot of players from when he [Mourinho] was at Madrid, ‘ Pogba told MUTV.
At last – Paul Pogba is a Manchester United player once again.
“The Premier League is the ideal habitat for that”.
Lastly, the former Le Havre youngster was keen to stress to United fans that he has come a long way from the prodigious but occasionally volatile talent who first joined the club as a 16-year-old in 2009.
“It is a moment of sadness, I have to say, because I am going to another team”.
“I think it’s destiny”.
“We’ve always been known to buy players around the 21-24 mark so we get them for the best part of their careers”.
