Downgrade to iOS 8.4 No Longer Possible
As for an iOS 8.4.1 jailbreak, Pangu teased it over the weekend, potentially pointing to a release to the public, but we’re not entirely sure that will happen.

For those of you unfamiliar with the process of jailbreaking, it is a way of removing the restrictions of iOS (the closed source operating system on Apple devices) on their mobiles such as the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch.
Apple released iOS 8.4.1 download last week, and the firmware brought with it a bunch of fixes pertaining to Apple Music and Beats 1 radio. However, the game has totally been overturned against Apple with teaser release of an iOS 8.4.1 jailbreak! So for now, just enjoy your iOS 8.4 and stay there, until and unless a new jailbreak comes for iOS 8.4.1. The jailbreak, if they release it now, would only be useful for about a month before having to be replaced.
Being someone who likes to jailbreak their smartphones and at the same time being an iPhone 6 user has certainly not been a good combination until of late.
iOS 9 is right around the corner anyway, and it’s likely that Pangu and TaiG will most likely be focusing all of their efforts on jailbreaking iOS 9 and any versions after that, since the release of iOS is likely less than a month away. What this meant for us jailbreakers, is that we had to make sure our devices were upgraded, or downgraded to iOS 8.4 to keep our precious jailbreak.
Pangu has also not made information relevant to the iOS 8.4.1 jailbreak they have demonstrated widely available, so people don’t really know that much about it, which is probably not an accident.

Apple is believed to have patched over 40 security flaws that earlier allowed hackers to develop jailbreak tools for the iOS.
