Public Prosecutor Madhuri Mahajan and counsel for the complainant Sunny Waskar and Kshitij Mehta opposed the anticipatory bail plea, saying that Radhe Maa was not cooperating with the police and could flee overseas. As per the sources a 32 year old woman alleged that on the orders of Radhe Maa, the woman’s husband along with his family had harassed her for dowry.

In Thane, near Mumbai, an NGO called “Support” claimed that the high-end vehicle used by Radhe Maa during her recent visit to Aurangabad was purchased using fake documents.
The self styled godwoman also faces charges of obscenity, cheating and abetment to suicide.
Meanwhile, BJP MLA from Gujarat Vasan Ahir has demanded a probe against Radhe Maa in connection with a case where seven members of a family committed suicide.

The embattled godwoman’s spokesperson told NDTV that “there is no truth to these allegations”. This is where her agent brought prospective rich clients for her to meet.
