In case you missed this truly miserable bit of news, Dr Luke has chose to step right back into Kesha’s career and be a massive plonker (we could use much, much worse words here, but we’re trying to be civil and have respect for the massive legal battle that’s still ongoing) all over again.

“How much more public abuse does my daughter have to take before someone says ‘ Enough is enough”!

“And how can one person OWN another persons right to sing?” So can Kesha pray without permission?

Kesha posted a powerful message to her Instagram account declaring that she will take her life back after acknowledging her career is in a unusual place.

‘Unfortunately, Kesha and Kemosabe have since been unable to come to an agreement for Kesha to perform on the show, ‘ it said, adding that it hoped an agreement could be made before the show on Sunday.

Lady Gaga and Kesha’s mother Patricia have defended the singer after her scheduled performance at the Billboard Music Awards was axed following a dispute with her record label. She swore that she was going to do nothing concerned with Dr. Luke and was sad that the opportunity of honoring her favorite songwriter was taken away from her. However following a media report on the singers’s appearance at BBMAS, they revoked their approval. “Dear Mr. ben folds, thank u for tonight. thanks for letting me share your stage, your band, your audience, your humor, your songs”, Kesha posted.
