Drake Lives Out “Where Ya At?” Lyrics by Actually Buying Neighbor’s House
Remember when Drake popped up on Future’s “Where Ya At?” and was all, “I’ll buy the neighbors house if they complain about the noise”.

Say what you will about Drake (and you could say quite a bit if you really wanted to), but homeboy is a man of his word. Regardless of whether his neighbors had a grievance with the volume level, Drake went ahead and bought their house, spending $2.85 million on the house next door to his place in Hidden Hills, California.
The rapper/Rihanna fan club president has reportedly purchased his neighbor’s Hidden Hills home for $2.85 million.
Mashable reports (via the real estate site Trulia) that Drake’s “ranch-style home has five bedrooms and a guest room to help Drake accommodate his really big team”.
Hopefully, Gordon Lightfoot takes note.
Drake made a SERIOUSLY pricey investment just to turn his lyrics into real life!

“I’m very proud of the fact that he would choose to move next door to me”, Lightfoot said to the Canadian Press earlier this year. His new purchase sounds ideal if Rihanna and her crew want to spend some time with Drake, but also want to keep it casual. “It’ll be good to have him drop by”.
