Drake Makes Surprise Appearance on Closing Night of SXSW
As someone who knows how to make an entrance everyone – from the audience to the internet – will remember, Drake made a surprise appearance at Fader Fort during South by Southwest in Austin, TX on Saturday.

The crowd didn’t need any further encouragement, and Drake then proceeded to burn through a bunch of tracks including Know Yourself, Big Rings, Jumpman (twice, with the second rendition featuring Metro Boomin), and Back To Back. “Views From the 6 coming in how many weeks I hope you enjoy that s**t”, he told the crowd before closing the show with “Summer 16”.
The 30-year-old teased the new music on the horizon, but he did not provide any additional details about the album or when it would be released. Produced by 40, “Come And See Me” marks the official launch towards Party’s next project PARTYNEXTDOOR 3.
At one point in his surprise performance, Drake casually dropped word on his hotly anticipated and long-delayed next album.
Last week Drake joined Rihanna at a concert in Miami where the two performed “Work”.

It’s not the first time Drake has been accused of employing ghostwriters to produce his endless series of club-anthems and radio smash hits, but Toronto rapper Mo-G is accusing the 6 God of using his talents without proper accreditation or even pay.
