A driver went to the Louisiana police for complaining against another driver who crashed his car but unfortunately he got arrested as he was drunk at that time.

According to the report, the driver Patrick W. Ruffner, 31, called the police from spot after being hit by another driver. But the officers advised him to complete a crash report in person.
So he moved up toward the police station, but in police stations, officers found him in drunk condition and they arrested him.
He was jailed and put on a bond of $1,000.
However, the investigation of the accident also has been started.
