A driver was banned from road for three years by police after they caught him driving with four young children without wearing seat-belts.

According to the report, driver, Keith Millard, spotted by police, driving at the speed of 150 km/hr. with four young children at the back of car without wearing seat-belts.
Police explained that after discovering car, which was heading in a high speed, they followed it and when the driver slowed his car due to heavy traffic, they managed to catch him.
They then found a woman at the side seat and four young children at the back seat of car and none of them were wearing seat-belt.
Millard was then charged with ‘reckless’ driving and hence banned for three years from road.
