A person in Colchester was caught driving his Mercedes Benz at speed of 130mph with holding a cup of tea between his legs.

He later fined by the police for over speeding and also got banned for six months. Police officials said that this was the third time when he got caught for breaking the traffic rule. He had already been caught twice using his mobile phone while driving and once for speeding.

In defending himself, Andrew Howie, 35, said that he got surprised when he saw that his mom’s new Mercedes Benz does not have cup holders.
