In a survey of Food Safety Authority of Ireland, the shops at Dublin city center had been found using chicken or beef on the place of original lamb meat for making lamb kebabs.

And this all were not outlined on their menu.

Surveys explained that few lamb meat dishes were having 1-5% of lamb meat but few were having 0% of lamb meat in it.

However, Professor Alan Reilly, who works with food safety authority, explained that this all was not the matter of food security but definatly a matter of cheating.

He said “When you order a lamb kebab you expect to get a lamb kebab and not a beef and chicken kebab”.
