DWTS’ Alek Skarlatos Breaks Nose in Rehearsal
But fortunately for the Army National Guardsman specialist, his October. 12 rumba with Switch-Up week partner -and ostensible crush- Emma Slater was a “hit” for all the right reasons. Alek Skarlatos – one of the French terror train heroes – just suffered a broken nose, courtesy of his “Dancing with the Stars” partner.

Oh, no! American hero Alek Skarlatos reportedly busted his nose on the dance floor while rehearsing for the “DWTS” switch up episode.
Has the injury bug claimed another on “Dancing with the Stars” this season?
Skarlatos wished he could’ve been at the Oregon college immediately after the shooting, which resulted in 10 deaths, to help first responders and offer his support to those affected by the tragedy.
Among his buddies and fellow saviors, Spencer Stone, was injured throughout the event, and is now back in the hospital last week after he was stabbed over the course of a fight in Sacramento. The strike was seemingly severe enough to send Skarlatos to the ground.
As DWTS fans know, it wasn’t that long that that contestant Kim Zolciak was disqualified from the show after having a mini-stroke in Atlanta, Ga., so if Alek decides not to perform because of his injury he faces the same fate.
