Dwyane Wade Guest Hosts ‘Live with Kelly’

Not even a full day after deciding to leave the Miami Heat and join the Chicago Bulls, Wade guest-hosted “Live With Kelly” in NY – fulfilling a commitment he made several weeks ago. Miami offered $40 million over two years for Wade to stay in the uniform that he’s worn his entire career, the one in which he was an All-Star 12 times, a champion three times and the NBA Finals MVP in 2006 when his rise to superstardom was just truly beginning. Dwyane Wade will play for the Chicago Bulls for the next 2 seasons after signing a 2-year, $47.5 Million dollar deal in the late hours last night.

Wade joins a Bulls team that includes Rajon Rondo, Jimmy Butler, Robin Lopez, Nikola Mirotic, Doug McDermott, Bobby Portis and 2016 first-round draft pick Denzel Valentine.

Following the personal path taken by his friend and former Miami Heat teammate LeBron James, 12-time NBA All-Star Dwyane Wade made a decision to use free agency to head back home. He is the Franchise’s all-time leader in points, games, minutes, assists, steals, free throws, concessions sold, houses sold, you get the picture.

Dwyane Wade seemed part of a dwindling number of players – right there with Tim Duncan, Kobe Bryant, Dirk Nowitzki – who would spend their entire National Basketball Association career with one team.

“I think the Heat should have given Wade the three years last off-season with the money he asked for”, Pitter said. And you get a week to decide, you know, what you’re going to do. “I lost 5 or 10 pounds”.

Ripa is looking still for a permanent co-host, but we know it won’t be Wade.

“He expected to be back with Miami and I expected him to be back with Miami”. Just around the world, just by the way they embrace me, this little shy kid from Chicago, came from Milwaukee to Miami and really grew up. Some might say that his decision to prioritize-or at least give off the impression that he’s prioritizing-Kevin Durant and Hassan Whiteside over getting Wade the deal he deserves was enough to make the Marquette U. alum pack up and leave. “It’ll be Jimmy, Wade, and then it will be a pecking order”.

Both are strong personalities with plenty of experience in the league and now they join Butler, a 26 year old with his own opinions to share, on a team coached by Fred Hoiberg, who is entering his second year as an National Basketball Association head coach.

So when he signed with the Chicago Bulls, Wade shocked himself, his family and most definitely his agent.
