EA DICE today confirmed the specific release date for its upcoming May Star Wars Battlefront update and you can expect it to land in the morning on May 3rd ahead of Star Wars Day on May the 4th. It offers four hours of play. The only stipulation is that you can begin your run starting no earlier than 11 a.m. PST.

That’s as much as you want!

First off, anyone who logs in will automatically receive 4,444 credits. Yeah, they’re really working that “fourth” aspect into every nook and cranny of this promotion.

Star Wars Battlefront is a first person multiplayer shooter, where players can either choose to be on rebel team or can take side with empire against other players. Secondly, a new Hutt Contract will be available that unlocks a brand new Star Card, the Bacta Bomb Star Card.

Here are what gamers can expect once Star Wars Day hits. It’s up for grabs through May 30. Finally, a double XP event is active May 3 through May 10, and the bonus applies to PvP commendations and Legacy XP, too.

The new “Bespin” DLC will feature the Cloud City as the new arena for the game and gamers can use Lando Calrissian as a playable hero.

You can enjoy a 25 percent discount on in-game currency on May 4, so save up your funds if you’re planning to drop some real-world dough into the game. SWTOR is also offering log-in rewards and double XP over the coming week.
