Eagles-Cardinals Game Flexed to Sunday Night Football on NBC
The 49ers’ game against the Bengals in Week 15 was scheduled for a 5:30 pm kickoff on December 20 for NBC’s Sunday Night Football broadcast. The game was originally scheduled for 1 p.m. ET on Fox.

The game against the Eagles will be the Cardinals’ fifth primetime game of the season and now the second time the team will play in primetime in back-to-back games.
The move marks the first time in team history that the Cardinals (10-2) have been flexed twice in one season.
Two days ago, most people probably would’ve laughed if you told them Philly was going to get flexed to primetime, but the Eagles turned some heads on Sunday with a 35-28 win over the Patriots. Before that game however, the Eagles will take on their former running back LeSean McCoy and the Buffalo Bills next Sunday at 1 p.m.
The NFL has changed the Week 15 schedule to move the Cardinals-Eagles matchup into prime time.
The Cardinals are having a record-setting season for their franchise, and it only makes sense their games are in demand.

The final Sunday Night Football game in Week 17 will be determined on six days notice, per the league, in order to ensure it features a matchup with playoff implications.
