Eagles of Death Metal to Perform with U2 in Paris
It can be assumed that part of their healing process may be to return to Paris and perform once more, under the wings of their new friends U2.

Though it’s unclear what they’ll play, it’s added that Josh Homme, who doesn’t always tour with Eagles of Death Metal and was not present during the November 13 attack at Le Bataclan, will likely appear with the band.
While no members of Eagles of Death Metal were harmed during the terrorist attack at the Bataclan, the band’s merchandise associate Nick Alexander was killed in the onslaught that started while the band was on stage.
According to Billboard, the band will join U2 on stage during their concert at Paris’ AccorHotels Arena on Sunday, December 6th.
U2’s two-night stint in Paris was originally scheduled for November 14th and 15th, but was postponed in the wake of the November 13th attack. Billboard also reports EODM will resume their European Tour in February.
“We had a plane, which we put at the Eagles’ use if they wanted it, but they found another way”.
“The best thing we could do for our fellow musicians”, he says, “was to buy them phones”. “I spoke to Julian [Dorio] and to Jesse [Hughes]”.
