The Minnesota Vikings traded for Sam Bradford for a first round pick in 2017 and a fourth round pick in 2018.
And it’s a huge trade for both the Philadelphia Eagles and Minnesota Vikings.
The conditional pick in the deal is at minimum a fourth-round pick. The Vikings turned right back into Super Bowl contenders.

Bradford expressed disappointment when the Eagles drafted Wentz less than two months after he had signed a two-year, $35 million contract extension.
The Cowboys also placed running back Darren McFadden on the non-football injury list, sidelining their leading rusher from last season for at least the first six games.

Bradford also gives them insurance for 2017 because he’s under contract and it’s uncertain when Bridgewater will return. After dislocating his knee, completely tearing the anterior cruciate ligament and sustaining other significant damage, Bridgewater will have a hard time making it back next season. When you look at the percentage of rosters taken up by undrafted free agents, outside of first-round picks, I think it’s the highest percentage of players on rosters.
Make no mistake about it – Wentz is a more talented quarterback than Bradford is.

The plan remains for Hill to start the season opener against the Tennessee Titans since Bradford will practice with the Vikings for the first time Monday and will have four total practices at Winter Park before next Sunday.
