Earl Sweatshirt Had To Knock A Fan Out For Trespassing The Stage
Update: A representative for Earl says, “That fan is not hugging him”.

Sweatshirt was performing “Grief” on the third stop of his “Ready To Leave Now” tour in Sydney, Australia when a man rushed past security, jumped on the rappers back, and tried to steal his mic.
Venue security quickly arrived and escorted the fan from the stage, not before Garrett Stevenson from Trash Talk who was also on stage at the time, kicked the stage invader.
AMERICAN rapper Earl Sweatshirt has caused controversy before his Splendour in the Grass appearance.
Unfazed by the incident, Sweatshirt continued with his song without missing a beat.
The man was seen attempting to crowd surf while kicking several other punters in the head. Earl saw this and (quite accurately) called him a “f**ktard”, so the fan decided to take action against the rapper. Things got off to a rough start, however, as Earl’s show in Auckland last night was interrupted by an audience member who crashed the stage.

Note to self: Do not storm stage while Earl Sweatshirt is playing.
