Early voting begins today. Here’s everything you need to know
The 2016 presidential election is coming together faster than you can say “Make America Great Ag” – just kidding, I hate that guy.

By voting early, you can vote in any early voting location in the county you’re registered.
Today as early voting begins, Texans across the state will head to the polls to cast their votes in this year’s joint primary election. The secretary of state predicted 22 percent of Arkansas almost 1.7 million registered voters will vote in the primary. Texas requires a 30 day waiting period from the time you register until you are eligible to cast a vote. Because the League reaches out to all candidates running for a state level office requesting they respond to questions that include basic background information and important issues in the state.
Voters must present one of seven acceptable forms of photo identification, including a Texas driver’s license.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, if you do not have one of the first six forms of identification only then may you apply for the E.I.C.at no charge. Visit the Travis County website to see a full map of where you can early vote. Regular voting in the primary starts March 1.
