The second uncontrolled fire started Sunday afternoon near Spangle, Washington, which is south of Spokane.
All three fires erupted while the area is under a National Weather Service red flag warning, meaning that residents should expect gusty winds, high temperatures and low humidity.
The Hart Road fire is estimated at 1000 acres.
Level 3 evacuations were ordered for North of Palouse Highway, south of Cornwall and Valley Chapel, west of Hangman Creek, and east of Highway 27. Smoke from the fire could be seen for miles.
