There is also some body cam footage not of the shooting itself, but from a responding officer that has yet to be released. The shootings happened after a deadly rampage in the USA state of Washington Friday night, when 20-year-old Arcan Cetrin opened fire at a shopping mall, killing 4 women instantly. It appeared that the attack was retaliation for a shooting on Labor Day in which a man was killed and two women wounded, the police said.
