According to the report, the kid, Congcong Tai, wasn’t wanting to leave his pet turtle, so he decided to take with him, but illegally by hiding it into his underpants.
Security guards felt something fishy when the turtle started moving inside the underpants and hence he got caught.
Later, his guardians explained that they were at his grandmother’s home for the summer and Tai and turtle became friends there but when they had to move back to their home, he thought to take the turtle with him.
Guardians continued that they had refused his will to take the turtle but he then took the entire task in his own hands without anyone’s knowledge.
But, despite of everything, the officers allowed him take the turtle to his home.
