Elder Scrolls Online Will Feature Upscaled 4K Graphics on PS4 Pro
At the same NY event, held just hours after the Apple one, Sony also released a slimmed down version of the PS4.

It will also allow players to watch videos using high dynamic range (HDR), a TV technology that makes videos of a much higher quality.
The PS4 Pro will launch on November 10 for $399 and the slimmer PS4 will launch on September 15 for $299.
Essentially it’s the same console which will play the same games but with boosted innards which are created to push your graphics up to the mystical realms of 4K and also deliver the latest High Dynamic Range visuals.
Of course the preferred method of delivery is digital distribution and services like Netflix that offer 4K streaming will work fine on a PS4 Pro. Sony’s decision to launch the new PS4 Pro console with 4K and HDR was discussed by, Sony Computer Entertainment’s president and group CEO Andrew House during the PlayStation Meeting event in NY on Wednesday.
While some gamers were hoping the system would come with massive 2TB or 3TB hard drive, the PS4 Pro will ship with a 1TB drive.
House also added that it will not be possible to add 4K UHD to PS4 Pro via a firmware update, either. This is the biggest shocker of all, as even Microsoft’s new Xbox One S can play 4K Blu-rays, and it’s not even meant to be Microsoft’s major hardware upgrade.
“I think that for people who care about the absolute maximum in performance, we said at E3 we’re going to be launching the most powerful console ever made”.
Meanwhile, according to a report by Engadget, the new PlayStation 4 Pro will definitely be flawless for games with virtual reality or VR versions.
On Aug. 2, Microsoft began selling its Xbox One S, a smaller and more capable version of the original Xbox One.
