‘The Secret Service is aware’ This member of the audience at Trump’s rally had a priceless reaction. Republicans, hopeful of winning back the White House from the Democrats in the November 8 election, insist that Obama’s successor name Scalia’s replacement, who could have a lasting effect on the ideological balance of a court now split with four liberals and four conservatives.

In a speech in North Carolina this afternoon, Trump thought of a little throwaway comment, maybe an offhand thing, and kicked it around for maybe a second or two before deciding – why the hell not? – to just say it.

“It’s called the power of unification – 2nd Amendment people have awesome spirit and are tremendously unified, which gives them great political power”, senior Trump communications adviser Jason Miller said.

“Donald Trump might astound Americans on a routine basis, but we must draw a bright red line between political speech and suggestions of violence“, said former Arizona Rep. Gabrielle Giffords in a statement with with her husband, Mark Kelly.

Trump’s plan is a “classic Republican approach” to taxation, while Clinton’s plan is a classic Democratic approach, according to Danny Court, a senior economist with Elliott D. Pollack and Company, told KTAR News 92.3 FM’s Bruce St. James and Pamela Hughes on Tuesday morning.

Campaigning in Pennsylvania, Trump’s running mate, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence, said Trump was “very clear” in what he meant.

Clinton’s decision to store her emails on a private server in her NY home sparked an FBI investigation and has become a dominant issue in the presidential campaign.

Donald Trump suggested Tuesday that if Hillary Clinton is able to pick federal judges as president, nothing could be done to protect the right to bear arms.

“It’s called the power of unification – Second Amendment people have awesome spirit and are tremendously unified, which gives them great political power”, said Jason Miller, a Trump campaign spokesman.

When asked to clarify what Trump meant, his campaign said in an emailed statement: “It’s called the power of unification – 2nd Amendment people have fantastic spirit and are tremendously unified, which gives them great political power”.

The National Rifle Association, America’s largest pro-gun lobby, put forth that Trump was correct in saying it would be hard to protect the Second Amendment if Clinton appoints new justices. Clinton’s campaign begged to differ: “This is simple-what Trump is saying is unsafe”, said campaign manager Robby Mook.

“There are a lot of Americans in this country who support the Second Amendment”.

Add those numbers to the 50 Republican national security officials who say a Trump presidency would risk America’s national security, and it sounds like Clinton will have more success than the US men’s basketball team at the Olympics.

She said the NRA should be “livid that Trump is putting them in this position”.

“If he says he’s just joking, just look at what happens when a person boards a plane and jokes ‘I have a bomb, ‘ ” Ornstein said. Shoot her nominee? Who knows.

The comments echoed in some respects Trump’s statement in January boasting that he could “stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody and I wouldn’t lose voters”.
