Every time that Tesla’s Autopilot software gets an update, we seemingly get one step closer to full autonomy.

The expansion of the Fremont factory for the Model 3 assembly is believed to be the main driver of Tesla’s capital expenditure in the second half of 2016.
Such activities may make for entertaining viral videos, but when the “toy” you’re playing around with is actually a 5,000 pound vehicle that can cause untold amounts of damage, such behavior is nothing short of a legitimate and very real danger to the public at large. Luckily, one instagram user posted a photo of what might be Tesla Model 3’s interior.
The entry of Tesla Motors’ more affordable electric vehicle into South Korea next year will boost domestic demand for EVs, an expert said on August 29.
Elon Musk revealed that “major improvements” to Tesla’s Autopilot semi-autonomous system are coming to cars via future over-the-air updates, called V8.0 and 8.1, which will be released in the next few weeks.
Now it looks like Tesla will need more money to finance its ambitious plans.
The system drew controversy after several Autopilot-related crashes, including a fatal collision in Florida in May when a Tesla Model S sedan hit a big-rig truck, killing the car’s driver.
This will begin if the driver does not respond to instructions or put their hands on the wheel within 15 seconds of a warning message. As a result, the company has stressed on the fact that the driver needs to remain alert even while the Autopilot is on.
In the picture we can see a large tablet screen placed in the center console where you can control most vehicle options as well as be the infotainment system that Tesla Model 3 can provide.
Granted, it won’t turn off the function for good – just until the auto is parked. The site emphasized that the restrictions will not affect Tesla auto owners who are using Autopilot properly.
Meanwhile, Tesla’s next-gen Autopilot software and hardware is reportedly in its final testing phases.

Autopilot, as of 31 August, uses a combination of cameras, radar, ultrasonic sensors, and data to automatically steer down the highway, change lanes, and adjust speed in response to traffic, according to Tesla. These will include a new off-ramp feature and other perks to be announced soon.
