Emails in Clinton probe dealt with planned Pakistan drone strikes
Clinton or one of her aides would then forward the email using her private, unsecured server.

Those emails, sent in late 2011 and early 2012, involve a discussion by the then-U.S. ambassador to Pakistan about a planned USA -led drone strike in that country, and took place largely on what’s called “low side”, or non-classified, State Department email system.
“The White House’s admission that the FBI is investigating Hillary Clinton’s email server as a “criminal” matter shreds her dishonest claim that it is a routine ‘security inquiry.’ This is another reminder of her reckless conduct as Obama’s secretary of state, where her attempt to skirt government transparency laws exposed highly classified information and put our national security at risk”.
The revelation came during a briefing of congressional and law-enforcement officials regarding the ongoing Federal Bureau of Investigation probe into Clinton’s server.
A day after she assumed office in 2009, Clinton signed a Sensitive Compartmented Information Nondisclosure Agreement that indicated it was her responsibility to ascertain whether information shared through her private email server was classified.
“Start with the entirely plausible view that foreign intelligence services discovered and rifled Hillary Clinton’s server”, said Stewart Baker, a Washington lawyer who spent more than three years as an assistant secretary of the Homeland Security Department and is former legal counsel for the National Security Agency. Investigators have raised concerns that Mrs. Clinton’s personal server was less secure than State Department systems.
This week, Presidential candidate, Clinton, sealed the Democratic presidential nomination for the Nov 8 election.
Pakistan is the site of more US drone strikes than any other country.
Emails sent over the low side sometimes were informal discussions that occurred in addition to more-formal notifications through secure communications, the officials said.
Could Hillary be concealing information about Benghazi, where four Americans were murdered and she and Obama immediately blamed it on a You Tube video during the 2012 presidential campaign?
That wasn’t even the worst of it. Civil-rights legend John Lewis endorsed Clinton and then rescinded his endorsement to support Obama. Law-enforcement officials told the Journal they don’t think criminal charges will be filed against her after the investigation.
Discussions on the program were part of an effort to give the State Department more say on whether or not the Central Intelligence Agency should conduct the strikes. And might that influence his decision about whether or not she can be indicted? “If it was a Republican, they would be going bananas”.

Clinton, who rarely appears on the conservative-leaning news network in favor of interviews on CNN and the liberal-leaning MSNBC, said she is awaiting the conclusion of the FBI’s investigation.
