Emergency services were called to help a dog who was stuck inside the roadside drain.

According to the report, the one year old dog, who name was believed to be Bella, was found stuck inside the roadside drain leaving only its head and one leg out, in San Diego, California.
Passerby, who found the dog, called the emergency services for help, who after arriving at place managed somehow to make the dog free from the drain.
However, it was still unclear how the dog was ended there.
