Emilia Clarke is the new face of Dior rose de vents Jewellery
French fashion house Dior approached Emilia Clarke to front its Rose des Vents fine jewelry collection. The “Game of Thrones” star was photographed by Patrick Demarchelier for the campaign, set to break on Friday in Madame Figaro magazine in France.

Gone are Khaleesi’s grit and grime here; taking their place is a far more modern, natural look, with Clarke’s rich brown hair flowing freely, as opposed to her character’s icy platinum braids. The “Sexiest Women Alive” flaunted her braless look in the picture, as she smolders for the camera.
One shot is a lot more casual than the rest, with Emilia in a black turtleneck top with red lipstick and draped in lapis lazuli and turquoise necklaces.
According to Victoire de Castellane, the creative director of Dior Joaillerie, this Rose des Vents collection is a metaphor for creation. “Creation is the product of a stationary voyage”. ‘Creating is about searching, turning things over, and then finding ones cardinal point and setting off on a journey’.
The Mother of Dragons is the latest star to join up with the high-fashion brand, which has teamed up with Jennifer Lawrence, Natalie Portman, and Marion Cotillard in the past.

Clarke was among the front-row guests at Dior’s spring 2016 ready-to-wear show, held in October in a flower-filled dome in a courtyard of the Louvre museum in Paris. She’ll also be starring in Me Before You, the film adaptation of Jojo Moyes novel by the same name, which is scheduled for release next June.
